Plaintiff Marjorie Hatfield brought suit in federal court against defendants after she was terminated from her employment as a clerk in the Treasurer's Office of Converse County, Wyoming. She has asserted five separate claims: (1) denial of due process; (2) breach of contract; (3) breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; (4) negligent supervision; and (5) promissory estoppel. The district court granted defendants summary judgment on each of plaintiff's claims. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1291, and we affirm.
